Fillings are a way to restore your teeth once they have been destroyed by decay. We use tooth-colored, composite resin filling materials exclusively because, who really wants a silver filling anyway?
Dentures

Crowns
Crowns are typically recommended once a tooth’s structure is so badly compromised that a filling would not be able to strengthen the tooth enough during normal chewing function. A crown acts like the bands on a wine barrel to hold the tooth together so it will not continue to chip and disintegrate over time.
